Local Honey
We produce small-batch, raw honey from our own hives in the Southern Highlands.
All honey is hand-harvested and extracted with minimal handling to preserve natural flavour and character. No excessive processing, no unnecessary treatment — just honey as the bees intended it.
Local honey is often valued for its freshness and connection to local flora, and we’re fortunate to work with bees across diverse seasonal landscapes in the Bowral region.
We have a deep respect for the work of our bees. Every jar represents a huge collective effort from the hive, and we’re grateful to be able to share the result with our community.
If nothing else, the bees seem to be doing most of the hard work — we’re just the people with the jars!
